Miranda Covington, an artist's model, knows she is beautiful. She daydreams of finding love, and a lover who will fulfill her innermost desires. Yet whether she is posing in private, or in a classroom, Miranda finds it easy to forget the people in the room. Until the day she meets Michael, and begins falling in love with him.

Michael Keneen broke tradition when he decided to become an artist. His family would have liked it better if he had become a cop like his father. Michael is gorgeous, which he's found can cause the women in the classroom to sketch him, and not the model. Michael is anything but ready to be looking for love until he sees Miranda pose for the class.

Miranda and Michael both need to be with each other from the moment they meet. Michael pushes to the surface Miranda's buried desires and emotions, allowing her a steamy journey of self-discovery.  But when a lie is uncovered will he be able to forgive her, or will the relationship that seemed destined come to an end?

A BRUSH WITH LOVE is a romance I couldn't put down.  The characters felt like real people, and I couldn't wait to find out what would happen to them, as they took brave steps towards discovering who they really were.
