Timi Rogers is determined not to spend another Christmas with her family.  Everyone she knows is married or in a relationship.  Being the only single person, Timi refuses to go through another year watching her family be with someone they love while she sits back and watches.  She decides to spend a nice peaceful Christmas at the Green Mountain Lodge by herself doing sketches to pass the time.

Her plan is interrupted when fireman Clay Jones shows up unexpectedly at her cabin door.  She is convinced someone in her family sent him to check up on her.  Since she was a teenager, she has had a crush on Clay.  With him being her brother’s best friend he never returned her affection.

When Clay hears of Timi’s plans to spend Christmas at Green Mountain Lodge, he rushes to her side.  Secretly he fantasizes about Timi and him spending the holiday together in the secluded cabin.  His dreams come true when the road is closed and forces him to seek shelter in Timi’s room.

Will he reveal his true feelings to Timi and see how she reacts?  Or will he keep them to himself and treat her as he always has, her brother’s sister?

Piper Denna’s A FIREMAN FOR CHRISTMAS will make the perfect Christmas gift for any true blue romance fan!  I absolutely adored this book and I could see my own self in Timi being single and can relate to Timi’s situation.   Clay Jones is the perfect romance hero; he exhibits the traits all women crave.  I highly recommend A FIREMAN FOR CHRISTMAS to anyone who enjoys a short romance that delivers an outstanding plot, riveting characters, and an overall perfect reading experience.
