Jenny Romano found herself sneaking through the woods to her boyfriend's place.  Things just hadn't been the same between them of late and she was sure he was seeing someone else.  But she never expected to find his dead body, or expected his distraction with her to be the result of a criminal caper as opposed to a love affair!  The killers wanted something that Steve had and they thought she knew where it was and they had already proved they were willing to kill to get it.  But someone else was investigating Steve—and Andy Mulligan might be the only man who can save Jenny from the same fate as Steve.

A MOMENT OF MADNESS is an exciting, action-filled contemporary romance that was just plain fun to read.  The plot literally starts out with a bang and the roller-coaster action never quits for a minute after that.  Jenny and Andy meet in the most unlikely place and time and it works in the context of the story.  Jenny is very likable as a character; she is bright, sassy and had no clue that her boyfriend was a criminal.  Andy is a recovery specialist and is after the same item as the bad guys, although for the right reasons.  The heat between the two of them is instantaneous and the relationship builds from there.  The plot has plenty of twists and turns to keep you hopping and we never know quite what is around the corner for our characters.  A MOMENT OF MADNESS is fun, sexy and full of murder, mayhem and romance—an unlikely combination that works!
