April's Fool

April Willows had the misfortune to be born on the first of April. The serious-minded nurse at Mercy General Hospital knew she was in for it as her 30th birthday approached. They had started early with a few seemingly harmless pranks so she knew they were cooking up something good. When the most gorgeous doctor in all of Mercy General begs to take her out for her birthday, she knows this must be it. The other nurses must have something sensational planned. April was determined to catch them at their game and thwart them. However, she hadn’t counted on how far the night would go. Could it all be in their golden plan to get her good once and for all on the most important date of her life?

Pediatrician David Hartley had originally picked Nurse Willows because he needed a date for the charity function and didn’t want some clingy thing dragging him down. He didn’t want to get bogged down with someone who would take him seriously. Known as April the Unapproachable the pretty little nurse seemed like a safe bet. He hadn’t counted on the looker in the hot little red dress greeting him at the front door with the secret that she wasn’t wearing underwear for the night.

Would their date be the biggest April fool’s joke?

This was one fun story and this reviewer enjoyed reviewing it. Anyone who enjoys medical TV dramas like ER and Grey’s Anatomy -as I do- will enjoy this story.
