Cassie is perfectly capable of taking care of her new babies on her own. As soon are they are able to travel back home to Little Rock, the three of them will hit the road. It is rather amusing that Noah's Support Group has already dubbed her Number Eighteen, and that it bothers him so much. BABIES AND BADGES is a wonderful, satisfying read. This Harlequin American Romance contains humor, warmth, and tenderness. Laura Marie Altom has created characters that shine through sparkling dialog and well-written prose. All in all, this is a book that will pass a hot summer's afternoon in a most pleasant fashion.
