To Damon Clyde, Kandrea Kane was possibly the most annoying woman on the face of the earth, but that didn’t stop him from wanting her. It was completely unprofessional, very irresponsible, and he couldn’t stop thinking about her, no matter how hard he tried.

Kandrea is known for her “visions”. They are premonitions of sorts, that give her insight as to what is about to happen. So naturally, when she sees in her vision, the walls of her apartment as a tacky yellow color, she goes off on the renovation expert.

The two battle it out verbally, which adds fuel to the fire as passion ignites between them. Damon wants her, and Kandrea wants him but what will happen once they get their fix?

BOSSY AND CLYDE is a fast paced, appealing romp. Kandrea is an independent woman with plenty of sass. Damon is a likable character with a stubborn attitude to boot. I personally found it amusing every time Damon called Kandrea “ Kandy” simply because it annoyed her. The plot is smart, sexy and intriguing. I actually wondered if these two would be together as a couple with all the bantering between them. Black is known for writing erotic stories that grip her readers from page one. BOSSY AND CLYDE is no exception.
