Drake Trahern designed a computer game, Wyvern's Quest, which acts as a cover for what he's really designed. He catches Ryan Palmer hacking into his computer system. When Drake sees a photo of Ryan's guardian, who also happens to be Ryan's sister, Melinda, his brain starts to think of ways to get her into his life for a weekend. Drake uses the trick of prosecuting her brother, and the only way he won't prosecute is if she spends the weekend at his home, doing what he wants. Is she in on the break-in with her brother, or is she innocent? Once the weekend is over can he let her go?

Melinda Palmer is a research librarian, and her brother is a high school student. She agrees to Drake's terms of a weekend to save her brother from prosecution.  Once she is at his home, she makes a few rules of her own, not realizing that Drake has no real intention of hurting her. She is amazed by Drake's home, and the man himself.  Over the course of the weekend Drake and Melinda find out they were set up, but by whom? Once the weekend is over Melinda leaves thinking she will never see Drake again, or will she?

DANGEROUS GAMES by the talented Charlene Teglia sizzles. Ms Teglia has written a first-rate book. The feelings that emanate from this story make me feel as if I am a part of it. The description of Drakes home is wonderful. These two characters need each other to survive. Drake makes Melinda feel beautiful and Melinda fills a part of Drakes life that he thought would never be filled. This is another keeper for my shelf and one I will be telling my friends is a must buy! I am happy to give it a 5 blue ribbon rating.
