Unable to control her curiosity, Chelsea convinces her best friend to go to a very exclusive BDSM club. What she expects and the reality leave her emotions in a tangle. Well-dressed gentlemen surround her and her friend. They’re unaware that the men are sizing them up and they could very well become the catch-of-the-day. After all, neither is wearing a collar of ownership.
Gordon Dewitt watches the lively banter and knows he must prevent what will eventually take place if he doesn’t stop it. He interrupts and presents himself as their Master. Chelsea is none too happy with his highhandedness even if he’s the very man who haunts her vivid dreams each night.
Chelsea is torn between her inner submissive self that’s trying to surface and her stubborn pride. She’s further baffled that this man would choose her over her blonde roommate.
Their coming together is explosive. Ultimately, she freely gives herself to him and his pleasure and learns that her submission is her own. Gordon doesn’t control it. What she willingly offers scares them both. Chelsea is ready to give him her soul. He’s suddenly unsure. Did things proceed to quickly? He needs time to regroup. Time to think and decide whether or not this woman will wrap his heart in chains and then break it like it’s never been broken before.
CHAINING HIS HEART is packed with strong and vivid emotions from the first sentence. The story is visual, believable and Reese Gabriel’s ability to word-weave comes to life. The emotions that are unleashed span the spectrum. It’s certainly one of the best romances I’ve read in quite a while. Save space for this one on your keeper shelf.
