Conner Reese is after sunken treasure and trying to keep it quiet. The last thing he needs on his trip is a nosey reporter following his every move. From the moment he meets Hope, there is something about her he just can't resist. Conn wants to keep their relationship strictly business, but doesn't know how long he can hold out against the attraction he feels pulling at him. After some freak accidents occur, Conn knows there is more happening than meets the eye. He and Hope set out to find the person who is trying to make sure they don't live to talk about what they know.
DEEP BLUE has a suspenseful plot made up of a web of lies and deceit. You can tell from the first chapter that there is much more going on then meets the eye. Hope, after the truth and willing to do whatever it takes to find it. Her integrity is admirable; she is willing to do what it takes to get the story, even if that means endangering her own life. Conn, obsessed with finding sunken treasure, his attitude is distant at first, but you soon warm up to him right along with Hope. The love scenes are incredibly hot and readers will be more than pleased with the heat generated between this couple. I recommend this book to lovers of adventure, and especially, readers who love deep-sea escapades. Kat Martin has created a wonderful plot with enough heat to turn DEEP BLUE into a sea of steam.
