Alexandra doesn’t know if Duncan is the Art Professor on sabbatical writing a book, as he claims but she does know that some very strange things have happened since he came to town. Finding a dead body in the art section of her library the morning after his arrival tops the list. Finding out that the dead man has been murdered and then finding the murder weapon in her desk drawer a few days later comes in a close second. It’s just almost more than she can handle while she is dealing with her grandfather’s death and her cousin’s drug addiction and pending divorce. Can she rely on Duncan, accept his help and trust their growing attraction?
Nancy Warren’s DRIVE ME CRAZY is a wonderfully satisfying ,yet complex story that was a page turner from the first sentence to the last. The romance is hot with an underlying hint of danger and intrigue. There is a real who-dun-it mystery to solve. There is a secondary story and romance that almost stole the show from the main characters due to the intensity, emotional impact and realism of the situation. Ms. Warren’s first Brava title is sure to be the first of many for this talented author.
