Michelle Simpson has been in love with her best friend, Tom Jacobs, for over twenty years. He always treated her as only a friend and nothing else. She has tried almost everything she could think of to get him to notice her – including detailing her sex life and even dating other men to make him jealous - but that didn’t work. She had tried making him racy gifts but it just wasn’t working.  Michelle and Tom share a birthday and this would be their thirtieth. It would be her last attempt to get him to make love to her. She turns to magic to concoct a mild love portion that will make him fall in love with her. She prays that everything will go according to plan and she will get her wild, hot and raunchy night of sex with him. But would it work?

Tom has been in love with Michelle for as long as he could remember. He was afraid to make a move in case their friendship would be damaged beyond repair. He wanted to tell Michelle his feelings, even before he received a cookie baked by Michelle that had “EAT ME” on the box. Can he convince Michelle he truly loves her? Does he have secret that he needs to tell Michelle, but is afraid to say anything?

Lacey Savage’s EAT ME is a great book. It is a mixture of magic, love potions, love and yummy baked cookies. Michelle and Tom are very well developed characters that you will love and urge on to their goal.  EAT ME is told from both points of views that allow the reader to feel how each person is feeling. I know you will adore this book as much as I did. It is such a fabulous read. Thank You Ms. Savage for a fantastic read. I will be looking for more of your books to read in the future.
