Caroline Isaacs absolutely loves being a star! She is gorgeous and successful. Caroline is the veejay host of a successful music television show. She has an amazing wardrobe of designer clothes at the studio. She also has a well-known, extraordinary, devoted boyfriend named Julius.

Caroline enlists a summer intern, Mari Colonada, to assist at the studio. The imaginative and spunky Mari presents the great idea of taking the show across the country to promote Caroline's show and increase the ratings. Caroline's production team agrees that the idea is quite original. No music show has tried that before. The trip is quickly arranged before other music shows catch on to or steal their idea.

Caroline, her stylist Rapheal, the production team, and the new intern Mari, take off in a luxuriously equipped RV across the countryside. The show is a huge success! The ratings skyrocket! Caroline and Mari have a great time driving across the country, taking the show to the trendiest clubs on the scene in all the big cities. They have a lot of fun along the way and become close friends. Caroline does not realize it but her life is soon to take a detour. Caroline notices some of her things missing. She starts having strange health problems. One peculiar thing after another happens. Caroline begins to have some real doubts about the people closest to her. Can Caroline find out what is happening before her life comes crashing down?

EVERY WOMAN'S GOT A SECRET is a starkly, realistic tale of success, desires and deception. Brenda L. Thomas delivers a riveting and intense story, which hooks the reader immediately. The passionate scenes between Caroline and her boyfriend Julius steamed up the pages. The love scenes added sparkle to this extremely dramatic story. Thomas writes with such intensity that I felt strongly for Caroline and her problems. Mari, the summer intern, is a sociable person with hidden facets to her personality. I was riveted to the extraordinary story and could not put it down. Brenda L. Thomas is an awesome writer. This book is the perfect look behind the scenes on the production of a music show and all the difficulties that can go along with it. The ending will stay with you long after you turn the last page.
