Kiki Douglas is the sister of the groom.  She is going to be a bridesmaid in her brother's wedding as well as four other weddings this summer.  Will her own chance at love happen soon, or will Kiki always be the bridesmaid and never the bride?

Kiki is a high-class actress out of work.  She was recently killed off a daytime soap, and now she's turning to her credit cards to give her a little boost in morale.  Her friends suggest shopping is the order of the day, and they head out to a hot spot known for catering to the stars.  Here, she comes upon a much-loved musician, and her world is turned upside down.

She goes into the dressing room and innocently ends up in an embarrassing position that a tabloid photographer catches on camera.  Now, Kiki feels she has to go into hiding.  The perfect place for her is a posh new hotel in the neighborhood appropriately called Affairs.  She meets Fabrizio Tomba, the owner of Affairs.  Kiki is immediately attracted to the handsome and rich man, but he recognizes her from the tabloids.  It only takes a little time for Fabrizio to realize that Kiki is a good woman at heart and not way the media portrays her to be.

Will Kiki and Fabrizio find their heart's desire despite the situation that brought them together?  It's an exciting journey you won't want to miss out on.  I truly had fun with these characters.  It was a pleasure discovering how Kiki blossoms with love.

FIRST KISS is the only book I've read by Kylie Adams, but it most definitely wont be the last!  I enjoyed this author's writing style and her ability to create characters that the readers will fall hard for.  This heroine's world was built beautifully, and I stayed excited to find out what was going to happen next.  The emails at the beginning of each chapter were quite entertaining.  Make sure you add FIRST KISS by Kylie Adams to your wish list, and be sure to check out the other books in The Bridesmaid Chronicles.
