Nathan McNulty runs McNulty Events, an event planning service.  When Nathan's aunt informs him that she is going to sell the business if he doesn't land the Worthington Cup, the most prestigious dog show around, Nathan is furious.  He vows to do whatever it takes to get the job, and make it go off without a hitch.  There's only one problem:  he needs an event planner to head up the planning, and he needs one immediately, because there's only five weeks until the show.  Nathan has searched through some previous applications, and he comes across Beatrice Love's application for designer.  He sees no other choice but to call her in for an interview.

Beatrice "Bunny" Love shows up exactly on time.  But, Bunny is quite shocked when Nathan says he needs her for event planning.  The only event planning she has ever done was for her nephew's birthday party.  Bunny needs the job to get the financing for her condo.  So, she accepts the position at Nathan's insistence, and she prays her positive chi will help her successfully pull off the Worthington Cup.

As Bunny and Nathan work closely on the planning, their attraction is definitely evident.  Bunny brings chaos into Nathan's controlled and orderly life, and he is highly agitated by the disorder.  But, he can't seem to control his feelings for her.  Nathan has always done what was expected of him, but he's never had any fun.  One catastrophe after another keeps happening to Nathan, and it's all Bunny's fault.  Can Nathan realize Bunny is exactly what he needs in his life and finally do something that he wants instead of what is expected of him?

Kathleen Long's debut novel, GET BUNNY LOVE is outrageously funny and just the adventure I needed to start my year off with!  I know this is going to be one of the best romantic comedies of 2005.  I love this book!  The plot was fun and exciting and filled with a sexual tension that is almost palpable.  Ms. Long's writing is brilliant, and there's no doubt that I will be purchasing every book that she will write, including her next two releases for 2005.  Watch out, because Kathleen Long's love stories are going to rock the romance world!
