Lusting after the bride’s fiancé has to be a bigger faux pas than wearing white to a wedding when you aren’t the bride.  Taylor is a better actress than she knew because seeing Caleb as a client about to marry another woman, and carrying on as usual, is the one of the hardest things she’s ever done.

When wedding planner Taylor Forrester fills in for one of her colleagues, taking her appointments for the day, she is horrified to recognize the fiancé as the man she herself was engaged to nearly three years previously, Caleb Bryant.  Suddenly laying eyes on the man she gave up threatens her professionalism.  Affecting a stoic façade, she continues discussing the wedding plans and pretends that she’s never met Caleb before.

Caleb is now about to marry a society beauty, and if not content then he’s ok with his life.  Until he comes face to face with the woman who broke his heart without warning, and still heats his blood.

Seeing Taylor again makes him question whether he should be with another woman.  If only he can get Taylor to explain why she broke it off with him in the first place.  Then he intends to make it his mission; to win back the heart of the woman he never stopped loving.
