Shannon O'Toole has moved to town to try and start her new life without the stalker she has been running from for years. She buys and restores old Victorian houses for resale. She meets Daniel at her friend's wedding and feels an instant connection to him. After the wedding Daniel walks Shannon home. They are both feeling alone and want some human contact so they end up in her bed for the night. As the dawn comes they both feel vulnerable and don't wish to carry on with a relationship.
Daniel has more children he needs to find. Shannon needs to stay under the radar so her stalker can't find her. As the future keeps bringing Daniel back to town and Shannon can't stop thinking about him, their pasts come back to haunt them and they find comfort within each other's company.
This story is a beautiful one of the past and the future coming together with soul-satisfying events that occur. Eternity Springs is a haven we all wish we could find so we can leave all our troubles behind and start anew. I cried, laughed, and sighed at all the characters and their stories that were shared. It makes you hope that maybe there is a place where we could always feel safe and live like a big happy family. During this holiday season I believe this book will be a great gift for a friend or for yourself. I give HEARTSONG COTTAGE 5 Blue Ribbons on Romance Junkies because I love how it makes me feel. I have loved the character of Celeste from the very first book. She helps you believe in the power of angels in our lives. I wish for everyone to find their Heartsong Cottage.
