He’d left the door unlocked and told her to enter. What she saw was not what she’d expected. A man in his forties sat in the darkened room. He’d been reading while he waited. The man scolded her for her lateness. She tried to explain that a meeting held her up. He wasn’t interested in excuses and pointed to where the photographs lay.
When she tried to tell him what he could do with the photographs, he revealed his knowledge of her, her family and her life. One by one each family member would receive the photos and then they would be given to her secretary. He would ruin her unless she gave in to his demands.
His demands? He wanted her and he wanted to prove to her that she was a submissive. He’d been intrigued when he’d met her in her office setting. The photographs were a way to get her attention and get her into his life.
What starts out as something sinister slowly becomes something bigger than either of them would have guessed. He realizes what he is and she finally understands that she needs him in her life. She needs the domination as much as he needs to dominate.
She learns that his name is Daniel and she’s more than willing to give in to whatever he demands of her. The unknown is scary, but she feels the need to allow him his way.
A man I would have called a sadistic – insert nasty word – turns into a person one could come to love. The photographs he took in anger forever change their lives. She becomes a better person at work, she’s more self-assured and he becomes a more loving and giving person.
Can Daniel and Helene make it together? Will their beginning be their end? HELENE BLACKMAILED offers a glimpse into an interesting relationship. The characters are very real. The D/s subject matter is quite intense and may not suit some tastes; however, if you like reading the genre, this book’ll not disappoint you.
