What a wonderfully entertaining compilation from some of the finest erotic romance authors out there. HOT ALPHAS has everything I like... lust, passion, relatable characters and circumstances. It is filled with believable contemporary stories by legendary authors like Lora Leigh, Shiloh Walker and Kate Douglas as well as a newer co-author unit that is quickly making a name for themselves writing as Laurelin McGee.
I could not put down ERIN'S KISS by the infamous Lora Leigh. It is a dangerous read that is well worth devouring in one sitting. Erin and Turk heat up the pages with their adventures in and out of the bedroom. I eagerly await her next novel. Author Laurelin McGee's story, MISTAKEN, is sensuality at its best. Jaylene and Noah are very playful with one another and eager to experience more. It is great to witness two people so deserving who fall for each other and not know how to act on it. MISTAKEN is a fun read.
I am a sucker for friends falling in love with one another and author Shiloh Walker does Tate and Ali's story up right. Their relationship begins as a small flame that soon grows into a full-on fire. The only real boundary is them being caught up in what they think the other thinks. Honesty wins out in BURN FOR ME. It is a great addition to the HOT ALPHAS novel. Tangled, which is written by newcomer Laurelin McGee is an intriguing story with unforgettable characters. Cassie and Nate are polar opposites that unite over common ground. Their story felt very real to me, which is a must for me when it comes to contemporary romances. TANGLED brings a wonderful close to HOT ALPHAS.
