Keri Montero's days are spent working and volunteering for the local Opera house.  Each day is the same and there is never anything exciting that comes her way.  When she receives an invitation to a Halloween costume party she knows it has to be a mistake; she decides to throw caution to the wind and attend the event anyway. She selects to go as a slave girl and orders her costume online.  When it arrives she is shocked to see that it isn't the costume she was expecting, instead it is of a submissive slave girl.

Even though Keri's costume was not what she was expecting, she doesn't allow it to stop her from stepping out of her comfort zone.  The Halloween party is more that she could ever anticipate.  There she meets a masked Sun God, Master Alex.

Master Alex is the man who has the power to show Keri the ways of a true submissive.  His powerful voice and sultry tone puts her immediately under his spell.  Through Master Alex's commands, Keri's body comes alive.  Will one night be enough to satisfy her cravings, or will she be introduced into a lifestyle she will not be able to resist?

DANCING IN THE DARK is one outstanding novel!  Jennifer Dunne has written a book that will set your soul on fire.  I enjoyed seeing how Keri's broke out of her dull existence and gained a spark that ignited her entire body.  This is a book you want to read with ice close at hand, for you will definitely need it.
