Dana Rose is done with the business of being a bridesmaid; after all, ten times is enough for anyone.  Concentrating her efforts on her dream of someday opening her very own bath and body products store, Dana still longs for a husband and children someday, but has left it up to God's timing.

Dana has been burned by love before when the guy she loved ended up marrying someone else.  When she finally resigns herself to the idea that she may be destined to remain single for life, who shows up again but 'Mr. Practically Perfect', Adrian Norrell, the guy she has loved since childhood and who had married someone else.  What exactly is he doing back in town and what will it mean for Dana?

Dana's life quickly becomes a whirlwind of craziness and chaos as she gets fired from her job, her long-lost brother mysteriously reappears out of nowhere, her man-stealing sister forces herself back into Dana's life, and Dana opens the store she has always dreamed of-only to find Adrian has opened a business across the street that THEY had once dreamed of owning together.  With people like these in her life, it's a good thing Dana has the Sassy Sistahood to help her through.

Marilynn Griffith is a new voice in Christian chick lit, and one sure to make a huge splash as readers discover MADE OF HONOR, her first novel.  Not the usual cookie-cutter inspirational fare, this book has its share of less-than-perfect characters and less-than-ideal situations that make it a believable story.  Dana's faith in God is tested to the limit, but will she prove she is MADE OF HONOR and come through it all with courage and conviction?  Ms. Griffith also has PINK, her second novel, coming out in February, 2006, which I already have on my reading list and can't wait to read.
