Lida wants to get in shape.  Her friend tells her the easiest way to do it is with a personal trainer and recommends one that is well known for getting the job done. When she goes to Pierce, she lies and says she works out everyday, so he makes sure his level of fitness will match hers. After an exhausting session with the sexy trainer, she comes back the next day for another work out. One thing is certain, the sparks are flying between Pierce and her.

Pierce finds himself instantly intrigued by the woman who comes in for a trainer and claims she works out everyday. Knowing this to be a lie, he decides to teach her a lesson by working her extra hard. She surprises him when she shows up the next day, and he can't fight his attraction for her. Pierce never mixes business with pleasure but can't help himself in this case. What will happen when Lida decides she doesn't want a serious relationship?

I found FLEX APPEAL an interesting read and couldn't put it down until I finished it. Pierce is a wonderful trainer, and while he was working with Lida, he was all business. Lida has a little problem with white lies and has to move past it and be truthful in order to make a relationship work. Love scenes will burn the screen with all the heat that is generated. Ann Cory pens wonderful stories with great characters that readers remember long after the book is done. Her talented writing will certain have me on the lookout for more of her work in the future.
