Lauren is starting over. Her husband left her for another woman, and now she has to learn to do things on her own. Her ex-husbands friend offers her a job with his company, and she takes it. Working so close to the one man that makes her libido soar higher than a kite is dangerous. Lauren fantasizes about Noah but knows there’s not a chance in hell that she will ever catch his eye. He only sees her as his employee and his friend’s ex-wife. She starts receiving gifts and letters from a secret admirer, who wants to make all her fantasies come true. What happens when Lauren gets a midnight visit from a masked man who can make her body sing? Can she let go of her control and let him take over or does she fight everything he makes her feel and end up alone?
Noah wants Lauren more than he needs his next breath. But can he get her to let down the barriers surrounding her heart? He devises a plan to insinuate himself into her heart without her ever knowing that it’s really him. He becomes her masked midnight lover, doing things to her body that only he has dreamed of. Once she finds out who he really is she orders him out. Can he make her see that he’s not like her ex-husband, or will she always believe all men are the same, and will eventually trade the old models in for newer younger models?
Noah, who continued banging on the door hoping to be let in by Lauren, who wanted nothing more than to keep her heart safe and out of harms way. Can these two come to an understanding or is their relationship doomed before it ever gets off the ground?
NAUGHTY LITTLE SECRET is an amazing book. I could feel the emotions vibrating through out the book. I sat on the edge of my seat waiting to see how Lauren would react to who her midnight lover was, and why he was doing it. I devoured each word, imagined it was me who was getting the midnight visitor, though I don’t think my hubby would like that very much. But hey a girl can dream can’t she? NAUGHTY LITTLE SECRET is another favorite to add to my shelf. I will be waiting with abated breath for another of Shelley Bradley’s books.
