Liza is upset because her marriage is going down the tubes.  Her husband Greg has become caught up in his job and they don’t spend as much time together as they used to.  Their love life has increasingly changed over the years and Liza is becoming aware of it.  However, Greg notices and all the turmoil comes to a head and ends in an argument.  Is Liza’s marriage really over?

Greg can’t explain why Liza felt the need to cut her hair, but he has noticed that they have been growing apart.  He works long hours, but only so he can buy Liza the things she deserves.  He never figured their relationship would get to the breaking point after seven years, but Liza just won’t open up to him.  How can he make her see that his love for her is stronger than anything she could reveal about her past?

PULL MY HAIR is a wonderful story about a couple that has been married seven years and is trying to put the spark back into their love life.  I loved the fact that it brought to the forefront what happens when a couple keeps secrets from each other and how a couple can easily fall into a habit.  Greg is the hard working hero who has thrown himself into his work, but ignores his wife.  Liza just wants to get back what she thinks they have lost, but first she must get rid of the demons from her past.  Steamy and intense heat is a constant factor in the love scenes.  I should also include that this is an interracial couple and Kimberly Kaye Terry has done a terrific job of penning a story about what happens years down the line after the happy ever after.  I hope that Kimberly Kaye Terry continues to write fantastic stories with intriguing characters and dramatic plots and I can’t wait to see what her next book will bring.
