Seth is amazed to see Billy, and he hopes he can get reacquainted with her at the Dessert Jubilee. Later at the Jubilee, Billy and Seth are hitting it off once again when all of a sudden a dead man turns up, putting quite the damper on the festivities. Billy is disturbed by Ted Schneider's death, but she believes it to be an accident as the police concluded. A few days later she visits her Aunt Penelope, who was once in love with Ted Schneider. Billy gets drawn into Ted Schneider's death now, trying to find out who might have killed him. Seth doesn't know if he believes Ted's death was a murder quite yet, but he is more than willing to help Billy's investigation if that means he can be closer to her once again, while at the same time protecting her from any potential danger.
As Billy and Seth grow closer, she has to decide if what they have together is worth holding onto or if she should let Seth go back to Seattle again without expressing her feelings for him. Seth is seriously considering staying in Massachusetts as he is ready for a change of pace in his life, but much of his decision rests on Billy who he has fallen in love with. Will Billy be willing to take a chance on Seth? Will they solve the murder of Ted Schneider? Be sure to pick up RASPBERRY CRUSH and find out.
Jill Winters' third book is another treat to read. Sweet and silly, Jill Winters pens another comedic romp only this time there's a murder to consider and once again she doesn't disappoint. Billy is a great heroine, funny, sweet, curvy and not afraid to speak her mind. The steam fairly rises from the pages when Seth and Billy are together as they smolder in love and lust for each other. This is a book not to be missed as Jill Winters hits the mark once again in this sweet and funny book. If you haven't read a Jill Winters book yet, you can't go wrong with RASPBERRY CRUSH.
