Gideon and Eva are firmly entrenched in a relationship but that doesn’t mean that everything is perfect.  Broken pieces of a puzzle trying to fit together, Eva is desperate to make sure that they succeed because she wants a happily ever after because she doesn’t want to think of the consequences.  Could either of them survive the heartache and heartbreak?  Gideon, with all of his power and money, has made it perfectly clear that he will NOT let her go.  When an innocent incident turns violent, Eva realizes how toxic their relationship is but can she walk away?  Yet NOTHING prepares her for what happens next…

I’ve just finished reading REFLECTED IN YOU and it’s so different than BARED TO YOU.  I enjoyed the first book but for some reason, it “clicked” for me in REFLECTED IN YOU for personal reasons.  The warped emotional issues that Gideon and Eva go through are so real that it’s scary.  It’s like I can feel the energy of the characters, their emotional ups and downs, highs and lows.  It could be because they are victims of horrible abuse but Ms. Day doesn’t let them stay victims because along the way they become stronger individuals.  Yet it’s still a work in progress.  The secondary characters are still as crazy, flawed and need of a little therapy but isn’t that what all of us need.  It’s called reality.  Overall, REFLECTED IN YOU is not the end but a continuation with an explosive ending that will have readers breathless but feeling like Gideon and Eva “might” succeed if they don’t self-destruct first.
