Josephine Murdock has lived a boring life, until she meets Seth Turner while vacationing in Noosa. She decides that it is high time that she LIVE THE MOMENT, instead of worrying so much about her business, her mother, and proper etiquette. He convinces her to give in to her inner desires, and to act upon her wants.

She and Seth indulge in a whirlwind affair, one that she will never forget. He takes her to heights of romance and passion that she has never seen before, yet she knows that it can't last. Seth's career in the military won't allow him to engage in a serious relationship, and he can't imagine submitting a woman to his lifestyle. They both agree that their affair will span two weeks, and after that time, they will both walk away. It sounds like a simple plan, one that they should both benefit from. He will go back to his solitary lifestyle and his military career , and she will go back to working around the clock running her business. However, at the end of the two weeks, it isn't as easy as either of them thought it would be to walk away.

The end of their affair and her return to work causes Josephine to think that maybe living the moment isn't all that it is cracked up to be; maybe living for a husband, a family and a future together is much better.

LIVE THE MOMENT is a touching love story. Seth and Josephine are passionate about each other from the moment that they meet, yet they lead very different lives. Their careers and goals keep them from being together, and that keeps them miserable. Their attempts to keep it casual fail when stronger feelings get involved. The love scenes are passionate and the mutual attraction can't be ignored in this tale. Seth is a force to be reckoned with when he sets his sights on Josephine and her determination where he is concerned isn't a disappointment either. The moral of this story is universal for all people though, LIVE THE MOMENT, but think of the future also. There are advantages to both.
