Delilah has been hurt so badly by the one man she thought she'd spend the rest of her life with. As soon as she's all ready to walk down the isle and say "I do," the jerk tells her he doesn't want her and that the wedding is off. Recoiling from this horrendous blow to both her ego and her heart, Delilah is determined that no man will ever have that power over her again. Instead, Delilah opens a beauty salon and start her life over, this time for herself.

Samson isn't Delilah's ex and he's fed up with the comparison. He wants Delilah with a fire that's consuming his very soul. Every time he tries to reach out to her though, she slaps him away, convinced that he's just like the man that hurt her. There are some huge hurdles standing in Samson's way, but he won't let them deter him from having the woman he's head over heels for. Now if he can just convince Delilah that they are meant to be.

SAMSON AND DELILAH is a very engaging romance. Readers will be wiping a tear away by the end. Delilah is the epitome of every single woman at one time in her life. She's been hurt and rejected and that's not something you can just get over. She is a very stubborn character who almost missed her chance at true love. I'm very glad that Samson didn't back down or take off running from her. These two characters were such opposites that they couldn't help but be spontaneously combustible when together. Hardheaded and determined to be alone, Delilah squares off against the huge and sexy as all hell Samson. In the end, both of these characters come out winners! SAMSON AND DELILAH is one of those very rare stories that warms a readers heart and leaves us craving more. I definitely wanted to know what happens a year down the road for these two. I guess I'll just have to leave it up to my imagination! Extremely high praise for a stellar story from Ms. Rose once again. Ms. Rose has become one of my all time favorite authors and each story just gets better and better!
