TABLE MANNERS is the sequel to GOOD THINGS which I loved. The characters are wonderfully written and so alive that I can imagine sitting next to them and having a conversation with each of them. Despite a few mishaps, Deidre goes back to basics instead of going outside of the box. Kevin is still the greatest boyfriend ever. If only there were more like him. The secondary characters are all great and my hope is maybe there “might” be hope of a spin-off novel for them in the future. I was kind of sad to read the last page of TABLE MANNERS but I am hopeful that Ms. King may revisit these characters soon. Oh and if anything, don’t forget to try the yummy recipes in the back of the book.
