Engel and Gustavo are undercover agents. Their latest mission is to obtain access to a specific computer, uncover the password and learn its secrets before a group of ruthless terrorists do. The only problem is that in order to get the password, they will have to get to know the computer’s owner. He’s a menacing guy with a penchant for young men. So, the only question left is: who will go deep undercover - Engel or Gustavo?

Though Engel and Gustavo have worked together for years, they have never gotten to know each other on a personal level. Gustavo knows that is partner is gay, but he has never questioned him about his relationships. Gustavo likes the ladies, but hates the thought of having a relationship with any of his female conquests.

When Engel's latest assignment turns tricky, he is surprised when Gustavo offers to help out on a more practical level. And when emotions surface that neither man was expecting things start to get dangerous.

If your only experience of gay men comes from watching Will and Grace, then this is probably not the story for you. What I liked about THE AGENCY: ENGEL AND GUSTAVO was the fact that a true relationship was explored. The reader is able to see a progression from the beginning to the end of the story, as Engel and Gustavo explore their feelings for one another. There was a great tenderness between the men and their desire for one another was romantic and emotional, as well as sexual. Ms. Massa succeeded in conveying these feelings to the reader, as well as lightening the plot in places with her sense of humor.
