BRIDGE TO BRIGHTON is a relaxing, leisurely afternoon romance. The kind of story you want to curl up with on a rainy or cold day. The plot is somewhat predictable but still enjoyable. Cherry is a woman torn between her social position, her family, fiancé and her bad girl past. She is very undecided about what she wants out of life and realizes she had better decide quickly as her wedding is very near. Brighton is a nice guy; he was a bit of a bad boy but nothing too wild but he grown into a good responsible man. Cherry and Brighton's current relationship is a bit stop and go as both struggle with what they want out of life. Although the sex scenes are explicit, they do not overpower the story and come towards the end as both leading characters make their decisions about life. BRIDGE TO BRIGHTON was a nice, quiet little romance that gives you warm, fuzzy feelings as you read.
