Caleb Mann's most recent lover declared him unimaginative and boring in bed.  His brother, hoping to help him prove the girl wrong, sets him up with a blind date.  He mistakes Gina for his date and she doesn't tell him otherwise.

Gina Devlin has a recurring dream about a man making love to her, telling her he loves her, but she wakes up to find it truly is a dream.  Will she ever find the love of her life?

Caleb and Gina's first date is quite unusual.  She takes him to a gay bar where they play pool.  As most people do when they first meet, Caleb and Gina share personal information with one another.  Gina, however, feels that Caleb is holding back.  No matter how much he tells her he wants to make love to her, she refuses until he comes clean with what he's hiding.

Little by little, the barriers between them fall until Caleb is faced with the fact that Gina is psychic.  She tells him that the feelings they have for one another are empty until he can come to grips with her abilities.

THE DEVIL INSIDE is a charming romp into the world of mistaken identities and the aftermath.  Is Caleb ready to come out of his staid world and, more importantly, is the army brat, Gina, ready to settle down rather than putting her meager belongings together and leaving at a moments notice?

Sasha White has written a wonderful story that will grab you with the first line and keep your interest until the end.  Watching the two protagonists come to terms with one another and their feelings is love in the making at its best.  This is definitely a keeper.
