In an effort to cure her of the writer’s block, Katya seeks Jen’s help. Katya even tries to give into Jason’s demands, yet the character seems anything but satisfied with the results. He is stubborn and pushy and totally dominates the entire book, when all Katya really wants to do is kill him off.
Jen, a PhD student, comes up with a solution, though she secretly likes the character’s pushy ways. A professor of hers tried using an Ouija board to help a client, so she thought she’d give that method a try in order to soothe Katya’s nerves and hopefully get her past the writer’s block.
She brings out an Ouija board in an effort to summon Jason from Katya’s imagination and cure her problem. Though the results aren’t what the two friends had in mind.
THE JASON FACTOR is an entertaining read from start to finish. The characters are well thought out and interesting, making their actions and remarks an enjoyable read. I also enjoyed the imaginative plot Ms. June created, bringing something fresh and interesting to the romance world. A quick read, THE JASON FACTOR is a sure hit.
