THE ROMAN’S VIRGIN MISTRISS is a lovely historical tale enriched with charismatic characters and compelling plot.   Michelle Styles pens a romance that is rife with mistrust and betrayal and turns it into a fairy-tale.   I loved the time period that she chose for this novel.   It is unique and rich in details.  

 

Silvana is a lovely character with a big heart and is willing to do whatever it takes to keep her family from being ruined.   She is strong, obstinate and very passionate.   Silvana finds Lucius to be sexy, willful and the most gorgeous man she has ever encountered.   Lucius is mysterious and charming with a hidden motive.   He thinks Silvana is sassy, smart and passionate.   The secondary characters in this book were also fun to read and add a lot of vibrancy to the storyline.
