Lila Dubois puts a fresh new spin on a legend as old as the sea. It’s always exciting to read and enjoy a story with a different paranormal aspect. The idea of selkies and sirens of the sea are intriguing and very forbidden. The idea of people living in the sea is just downright enticing. SEALED WITH A KISS is a well-written and extremely witty novel that was very satisfying.
Helena is a character much like many of us, she is mired under the pressures from her job, searching for a balance between fun and responsibility and yet she still struggles to be happy. Her ability to let go of her preconceived notions was invigorating; when she decides to let her hair down she goes all out.
Ocean was a character full of depth and definite sex appeal. Although he had great reason to keep his secret I was glad to see that he could share himself with Helena. The two of them really connected and together they made SEALED WITH A KISS a must have for all paranormal lovers.
